Director of Social Services, Tracy Martin
Tracy graduated with an associate’s degree in business in 2006 and a bachelor’s degree in Family Life Education through Spring Arbor University in 2011. Her journey began working at S.A.F.E Place, a domestic violence shelter for women and children for a short period of time, before transitioning into elder care. Tracy began working at The Oaks at NorthPointe Woods in Battle Creek as the Community Support Specialist & Social Service Associate for four years. She then transferred to Ridgecrest as the Director of Social Services in 2015. Tracy began working at Arbor Manor in July 2018 as the Director of Social Services and is grateful to be part of a caring team.
